SDHR announces February training programmes for Govt employees

Sharjah Directorate of Human Resource (SDHR) has announced its electronic training programmes for February, targeting Sharjah government employees from all cities and regions of the emirate in the city of Sharjah, the central region, and the eastern region.
The programmes are implemented in a virtual training system via Microsoft Teams. These training programmes are: the basics of human resources, the accounting cycle "security and management of accounting solutions", business continuity standards that are based on two groups, digital government, effective management and development of supervisory performance, change management and leadership, future foresight and innovation management, transformational leadership to support innovation, and distinguished management And the art of leading others, managing development and organizational change, strategic quality to ensure organizational development, and the golden rules of time management, The updated EFQM model, contemporary behavioral programming, emotional intelligence, how to successfully manage your time and organize your day, communication and follow-up skills, how to protect your child from abuse, how to manage your personal budget, strategies for creativity, innovation and positivity, challenges of organizational excellence and its sustainability, management creativity techniques, and the latest practices Communication and government media, social communication skills and management of electronic official accounts, And the seven-star methodology 2020, the art of communication and handling complaints, document control and management systems, document control and records management, recruitment, appointment, retention and promotion according to the concept of merit, analysis of the efficiency and merit of job performance and job descriptions, advanced standards in preparing and drafting legal memos, and preparing financial reports, Thinking, analytical planning and goal setting.
Electronic programs are implemented within the framework of the department’s plans to provide opportunities for developing skills through e-learning, in an effort to create government competencies that keep pace with work developments and contribute to raising the efficiency of government employees.
The department publishes its training programs periodically through social media in order to enable employees to choose the training courses that suit their functional and personal needs.
